REP. SYKES ANNOUNCES APPLICATION PROCESS FOR COMMUNITY PROJECT FUNDING

WASHINGTON, D.C.— Today, U.S. Representative Emilia Strong Sykes (OH-13) announced the application process for Community Project Funding (CPF) is now open to local governments and non-profits for Fiscal Year 2024. The CPF process allows local governments and non-profits to submit requests for direct federal funding for high-priority community projects in Ohio’s 13th Congressional District.

“Community Project Funding allows the federal government to support local projects that address the unique needs of our communities and improve the lives of people in Northeast Ohio,” said Rep. Sykes. “I look forward to collaborating with community groups to identify innovative and transformative projects to deliver much-needed funding to local governments and nonprofits across Ohio’s 13th District.”

Eligible entities can submit Community Project Funding requests and find more information at sykes.house.gov/issues/appropriations. Community Project Funding requests must be submitted to Rep. Sykes’ office by Friday, March 17 at 5 p.m. to be considered.
