Appropriations
Appropriations Requests
Congresswoman Emilia Sykes invites you to submit requests for the Congressional appropriations cycle. The annual appropriations process is a tool that Congress uses to invest in policies and programs that help our communities. Submitting your appropriations requests also provides another opportunity for Congress to hear directly from you – the constituent – about how our federal funding should be prioritized and spent.
Submitting a request for funding does not guarantee that funding will be appropriated. All requests must comply with House rules.
To submit programatic requests for Fiscal Year 26, please complete Congresswoman Sykes' form HERE by the dates below.

Community Project Funding Requests
Community Project Funding allows Members of Congress to target federal funds towards projects and programs that will address the most significant needs facing the communities they represent. Only state, local, and tribal governments; publicly owned entities; and certain non-profit entities with a quasi-government purpose are eligible to request Community Project Funding.
