About The Event

On February 19, 2026, the Office of Congresswoman Emilia Sykes will be hosting a Community Project Funding 101 Webinar.

Each year, Members of Congress are allowed to solicit applications from their district for 15 local projects to receive federal funding under specific accounts provided they fall under specific parameters. This funding is usually administered in the form of a grant.

NOTE: Over the last few years, for-profit organizations have not been eligible for CPF funding and non-profits have only been eligible in very limited circumstances.
