The Office of Congresswoman Emilia Sykes will host a webinar with the Great Lakes Community Action Partnership to discuss the Rural Community Assistance Program (RCAP) and Ohio Small Communities Environmental Infrastructure Group (SCEIG). These programs offer targeted technical assistance, resources, and networking opportunities to develop, improve, and maintain safe and sustainable environmental infrastructure systems, while enhancing access to funding and leadership capacity.
