Rep. Sykes Condemns Recent Threats Against Temple Israel

CANTON, OH — Today, U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) released the following statement condemning recent threats against Temple Israel in Canton:

“No person in Ohio’s 13th Congressional should ever feel unsafe because of who they are or how they worship. I strongly condemn antisemitism and hate in all forms, and I am in close contact with our local leaders and law enforcement to ensure everyone is safe and secure in our communities, especially as they worship,” said Rep. Sykes. “Together, we will fight back against these threats and show antisemitism has no place in our nation.”
