U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes & Summit County Clerk of Courts Tavia Galonski To Host Passport Fair March 2
NORTHFIELD, OH— U.S. Representative Emilia Sykes (OH-13) and Summit County Clerk of Courts Tavia Galonski will be hosting a passport acceptance fair on Saturday, March 2 from 8:00am to 11:30am at the Clerk of Courts Northfield Title Office, located at 10333 Northfield Road in Northfield Village.
This acceptance fair aims to assist first-time applicants and children applying for new passports ahead of summer travel.
Applicants will need to bring a completed Form DS-11, an original or certified physical copy of their U.S. citizenship evidence, a photo copy of their U.S. citizenship evidence, a physical copy of a valid ID, a passport photo (staff will also be available to take photos on-site), as well as a form of payment.
To better serve applicants and streamline the process, appointments are required. Appointments can be scheduled by calling 330-630-7200. Please be sure to note how many applicants are in your group when scheduling.
