Putting Money in Your Pockets

Congresswoman Sykes spoke on the House floor this week about Tax Day. This year, Americans were promised a big return on their taxes, but any money they did get back is not stretching as far as they had hoped. The One Big Ugly Bill and President Trump's tariffs have made life unaffordable for Americans. That's why I introduced the Lower Your Taxes Act and the No Tax on Overtime For All Workers Act to put money right back in your pockets. Government should be working for the everyday Americans, not just the big corporations.
