WTF Show Q&A Session: Regular Order

The best way to root out fraud, waste, and abuse in the federal government is to get back into regular order and pass 12 appropriation bills. This allows Congress to go through the federal government and look at what is working and what needs to be fixed, rather than completely eliminating programs that people rely on to get by.
